If you are not completely satisfied with the CD-ROM, return it to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. Will I receive printed materials from the original presentation? The CD-ROM includes on-screen display of all original presentation material in a printable format. Does the price of the CD-ROM include payment for CE credits? The price of the CD-ROM is for the educational component of the program. A processing fee of $6.00 per CE hour is required along with the Exam. May I share the CD-ROM with my colleagues? Yes, you may share the CD-ROM with as many colleagues as you like. They may individually apply for CE Credit by completing the Exam and sending it to us along with the processing fee. What type of computer system do I need? You will need Windows 95/98/NT and above,166 MHz or higher, 48 MB RAM. (Recommended: 200 MHz with 63 MB RAM.). CD-ROMs aren't MAC compatible.  Close Window
