Hotel Accomodations The conference will be held at the Snow King Resort, 400 East Snow King Avenue, Jackson Hole, WY 83001. A limited block of rooms is being held for you and your guests at special group rates which will be in effect, based on room availability, from July 24 to August 2 for those wishing to extend their stay to enjoy area activities or qualify for discount airfares. The hotel room release date is June 25, 2008. WARNING! In the past, rooms and condos have sold out as early as four weeks before the hotel room block release date, so make your reservations NOW. The rates listed below are available for reservations made before June 25 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. To have access to the reduced rates, you must make your reservations before June 25. Call the hotel for availability and rates after this date.
Rates: $195 single, $205 double, $210 triple Rates are per room and subject to prevailing state and local taxes. A limited number of condominiums, adjacent to the hotel, are available. All units except studios have kitchens and can sleep up to 10 people as listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Release date for condos is June 25, 2008. If you are interested in a condo, make your reservation now! Condo Rates per day: $220 – studio (4 persons) $255 – one bedroom (6 persons) $305 – two bedrooms (6 persons) $340 – three bedrooms (8 persons) $420 – four bedrooms (10 persons) (Rates are per condo and subject to prevailing state and local taxes.) Request a confirmation number and written confirmation of your reservation. Reservations must include a first night’s deposit. Contact the hotel regarding cancellation policy.
