Join your colleagues at this comprehensive update on dermatology which will focus on common skin conditions as women age, state-of-the-art techniques and products for reducing the dermatologic effects of aging, and clinically differentiating common and not-so-common vulvar lesions. Through didactic presentation, “test your skills” sessions, case analysis, and optional hands-on trainings, you will be challenged to improve your diagnostic and management skills in the dermatology arena. - Explain the differential diagnosis of STD-related vulvar lesions.
- Discuss recent advances in cosmetic dermatology.

Skin and Vulvar Biopsy
Demonstration/Practicum
(Optional Session)
(Requires separate registration fee and is only open to Preconference attendees. Space is limited to 30 so register early!)
Following a demonstration of skin and vulvar biopsy techniques, you will participate in a supervised practicum on non-human models, learning the instrumentation and techniques for sampling the skin and vulva.

Dermoscopy Demonstration/Practicum

(Requires separate registration fee and is only open to Preconference attendees. Space is limited to 40 so register early!)
Dermoscopy is the examination of skin growths, particularly pigmented lesions, utilizing a simple and convenient handheld instrument which aids in proper diagnosis. Participants will be taught the essential principles of dermoscopy including how this technique enhances routine visual screening for cutaneous neoplasia, especially melanoma. Learners will also participate in a hands-on dermoscopy session. |
